Our shipping partners work side by side with us to ensure timely delivery at the best possible price. Deciding which shipping carrier to use by comparing their services and costs is both time-consuming and confusing. We've tried to take the mystery out of your shipping decisions. Your shipping expenses are identical to the book rates that you would normally pay if you shipped it yourself, without any added surcharges from us. Using our simple color maps you can calculate delivery times and carrier cost with confidence. Shipping PartnersOur #1 priority is to promptly send your merchandise out the door and into the hands of your waiting customers. We're flexible in our choice of carriers, while we continue to rely on our valued shipping partners: USPS and UPS. Shipping & Fulfillment Center LocationOur pick-and-pack fulfillment center, located in the Southern California, provides convenient access for our shipping partners. Global DestinationsWe ship to all countries serviced by USPS and UPS. We provide either an Export Declaration Form or a copy of your Export Commercial Invoice, depending on custom's requirements. Your customers pay and required duties upon delivery. Most of our clients use USPS Global Priority Mail for packages weighing less than 4 pounds and International Air Parcel Post for packages over 4 pounds. Domestic Shipping Method and RatesWe offer all UPS and USPS delivery methods. Please keep in mind that DHL and UPS Ground is not available for PO, APO, Alaska and Hawaii shipments. We now offer a 10% discount on UPS shipping with no minimum ship volume requirement. Tips for Affordable Shipping
Shipping confirmationsINNO WAREHOUSE can directly send out shipping confirmation including a tracking number and your custom sales message to your customer via email.
Shipping Back-ordersIf an order contains an out-of-stock item, the order is marked as back-ordered and held until the missing merchandise arrives at our advanced fulfillment center. Back-ordered quantities appear as a zero or a negative number in our inventory report. Transit Damage/Lost ShipmentsPlease note that UPS shipments have an automatic $100 damage or loss insurance coverage built into their standard rates, and you can request additional insurance in your shipping instruction to us. Compensation is limited to the cost of the merchandise and does not include loss of business, or for incidental or consequential damage. C.O.D. CollectionsWe can collect your COD amounts for you via DHL and UPS ground or air delivery, subject to a $3.00 surcharge plus DHL or UPS collection fees. Include your C.O.D. request and the amount to be collected in your shipping instructions. If a C.O.D. check is returned due to a closed account for the balance advanced by us. (COD's may be subject to additional payment processing fees. please contact us for additional details.) |
